Warranty Information
Custom Car Stereo Systems will NOT provide warranty for products that are misused, damaged, installed incorrectly or have third party software installed that contains malware / viruses.
*In the event of a customer request for a refund AFTER the 14 day period has passed, Custom Car Stereo Systems will offer a repair / replacement initially. If this is rejected by the customer, Custom Car Stereo Systems will take into consideration the amount of time the customer has used the product/s for and may offer a refund at a reduced rate. This rate is 8.3% per month used, or part thereof (for example, after 6 months the refund amount offered will be 50% of the purchase price, excluding postage costs). The customer will be informed of this reduced amount BEFORE a refund is accepted. Once Custom Car Stereo Systems has received the product/s back from the customer, they will inspect and if passed the inspection, process the refund within 14 business days.
Terms and conditions
Custom Car Stereo Systems and / or its employees are not responsible for damages caused to the vehicles electrical system, components or interior panels due to poor installation. DIY customers install our products at their own risk.
2. Custom Car Stereo Systems will NOT provide a warranty repair and / or replacement service for damage to our products due to poor installation. DIY customers install our products at their own risk. We strongly suggest getting a professional to install our products.
Custom Car Stereo Systems does NOT guarantee and / or provide warranty for third party devices (this includes but are not limited to phones, USB storage devices, factory components and software).

Refund Policy:
In the event of a customer requesting a refund of the purchase price, the following guidelines must be met:
* The refund must be requested and posted within 14 days of receiving the products.
* The product/s will need to be removed at the customers expense (if required) and placed in the original packaging.
* The product/s will need to be posted using registered post to Custom Stereo Systems' return address. Return postage is payable by the customer.
* Once Custom Car Stereo Systems has received the product/s, they will inspect and test the product/s before processing a refund.
* Once the product/s have been inspected / tested, and found to be of acceptable quality and without damage, Custom Car Stereo Systems will process the refund within 14 business days, please note: postage costs are NOT refundable.
* If the product/s are returned damaged or faulty (not in a re-sellable condition), Custom Car Stereo Systems can deny the claim for a refund or refund the purchase price minus the costs to restore the condition of the product/s.

Return / Warranty Repair Policy:
In the event of a problem with our product/s, we will attempt to solve the problem via correspondence with the customer. This may include voice calls, text messages or emails. If the problem cannot be resolved in this manner, they will request the product/s be sent back for repair or replacement.
The following guidelines must be met:
* The original purchase date is less than 12 months from the request for a return / repair date.
* The customer has received (in text format) an authorization to send back the product/s.
* All requested products / components are sent back.
* Any labour charges to remove the requested product/s are the responsibility of the customer.
* Warranty / repair return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the requested products, they will test and repair / replace any faulty components and send the products back to the customer within 28 days.
Software Updates:
Some problems experienced by the customer may be fixed by the way of a software update. These updates are released regularly and is the responsibility of the customer to check and update software.
If you contact Custom Car Stereo Systems with a product issue, you may be directed to check for updates. If there are none currently available, we will advise you to take photos and / or video of the issue/s.
Custom Car stereo systems does not warrant the software installed on our products, only the hardware / harnesses, but will provide technical support to help solve any software issues that my arise.
