Head Unit Update Wiring Adapter Harnesses for Toyota

Are you looking to update your factory head unit to a newer 2020+ factory head unit in your 2015-2020 Toyota so you can get Apple CarPlay / Android Auto amongst other features found in the newer style head units?

Unfortunately the wiring connections are different!

Our adapter harnesses SOLVE this problem, making the task easy!

Connects in between to your factory wiring in the vehicle and the updated head unit. Will retain factory fitted features such as steering wheel controls, reversing camera, microphone, USB port and multi information display (MID) features.

Compatible with the following vehicles:

2015-8/2020 Toyota Hilux

2015-8/2020 Toyota Fortuner 

2014-2019 Toyota Prado

 

Compatible with the following factory head units:

Toyota Hilux 9/2020-2025

Toyota Fortuner 9/2020-2025

Toyota Prado 9/2020-2024

 

If your vehicle does not have factory GPS navigation, you will need our factory GPS antenna which is available as an add on just above the add to cart button. This is needed for the new unit if it didn't come with the GPS antenna.

Head unit NOT included!

Other parts (dash facia panels etc) may be required to complete the installation that are NOT included with these harnesses

You will need to obtain the correct matching “trim level” unit from a 2020+ model vehicle. For example, if you have the factory JBL system, you will need an updated unit that came from a model that also has the JBL system. If you don’t have the factory JBL system, you’ll need an updated unit that also dosent have the JBL system. The same applies to the camera system - 360 camera models need a unit from a vehicle that has the 360 cameras etc.
