Connect two cameras to your factory Toyota or aftermarket replacement unit with our exclusive dual camera switch / module!

✅ Allows a dedicated reverse camera and an auxiliary camera to be viewed on the factory Toyota screen at ANYTIME whilst driving (the auxiliary camera can be a front facing camera, secondary reverse camera on a canopy or even a caravan camera). This includes the choice of either camera (depending on switch position) when reversing. 

✅ Music will continue to play when switch is activated when using a factory Toyota unit (NOTE: some aftermarket units will mute when displaying reverse camera - this is a function of the aftermarket unit)  

✅ Plug and play harnesses - no cutting or soldering required for our “type 2 and type 3” kits.

✅ Dual position factory style switch - when both switches are off, reverse camera operates as normal.

✅ Type 3 kit includes a 6m reverse camera harness and a 10m auxiliary camera harness which should be more than enough length to route to the top of a canopy etc. Both harness are fully plug and play. 

When the switch is off, the reverse camera will activate and display when reverse gear is selected. 

When “reverse camera” switch is activated, the reverse camera can be viewed at anytime whilst driving.

When “aux camera” switch is activated, the auxiliary camera can be viewed at anytime, including when reversing. 

✅ This kit is designed, engineered and constructed right here in Australia by a qualified auto electrician. You will not find this exact kit available from anywhere else! 

✅ 12 months warranty on all components, including switch, module, harnesses and camera. Warranty does NOT cover damage due to poor installation or misuse. Please read the install / user guide thoroughly before installing this product.

Our dual camera kits are NOT compatible with HD cameras!

 

Kit Types

Type 1:

* Dual camera module

* Factory style dual switch

* Bare ended wires for power and reverse trigger connections 

* 2 x RCA inputs for aftermarket cameras (SEE NOTE 1)

* RCA output to connect to screen 

Type 1 suits customers with an aftermarket stereo and existing reverse camera who would like to add an extra camera to their system. Note that this type is NOT “plug and play” and does require 5 wires to be manually connected. We provide a wiring diagram with the module and in most circumstances are able to help with identifying the wires you’ll need to connect up. 

 

Type 2:  

* Dual camera module

* Factory style dual switch

* Plug and play harness for vehicles with existing reverse camera

* RCA input for aftermarket auxiliary camera (SEE NOTE 1 BELOW)

Type 2 suits customers with a factory Toyota stereo and existing reverse camera who would like to add an extra camera to their system. Note that this type does NOT include a camera - ideal for customers with an existing camera on a caravan etc. An adapter for the existing camera may be required. In most cases we can assist with locating this adapter for you. 

 

Type 3:  

* Dual camera module

* Factory style dual switch / harness

* Plug and play harness for reverse camera with camera + 6m camera harness (camera harness has conduit applied) 

* Plug and play harness for auxiliary camera with camera + 10m camera harness 

Type 3 suits customers with a factory Toyota stereo without an existing reverse camera who would like to add a reverse camera AND an extra camera to their system.

 

Type 4:

* Dual camera module

* Factory style dual switch / harness 

* Plug and play harnesses

* Heavy duty camera harness (5m) - car side

* 4 pin to RCA / power camera adapter 

* Spiral link cable (between car and caravan) for camera with associated mounting brackets / stainless steel screws 

* Heavy duty caravan camera 

* Heavy duty camera harness (15m) - caravan side

Type 4 suits customers with factory Toyota or aftermarket screen and would like to add a second camera which is mounted on a caravan. 

NOTE 1: Aftermarket camera must be NTSC format if used with a factory Toyota stereo. 

 

Vehicle Compatibility:

* Type 1 kit is compatible with any vehicle that has an aftermarket stereo. 

* Type 2 kit is compatible with the following Toyota models:

Landcruiser 70 / 76 / 79 series ute / wagon / troop carrier 2020 onwards with the newer factory stereo system and existing reverse camera.

Prado 2014-2020 (excludes kakadu) with factory stereo system

Landcruiser 200 series GX / GXL 2016-2021 with the factory stereo system. DOES NOT SUIT VX and SAHARA MODELS.

Hilux N80 2015-2020 with the factory stereo system (not the updated Toyota stereo with knobs)

* Type 3 kit is compatible with with the following Toyota models:

Landcruiser 70 / 76 / 79 series ute / wagon / troop carrier 2020 onwards with the newer factory stereo system and no existing reverse camera.

Landcruiser GX / GXL 2016-2021 with the factory stereo system and no existing reverse camera. DOES NOT SUIT VX and SAHARA MODELS.

Hilux N80 2015-2020 (not the updated Toyota stereo with knobs) with the factory stereo system and no existing reverse camera 

 

* Type 4 kit is compatible with with the following Toyota models:

Landcruiser 70 / 76 / 79 series ute / wagon / troop carrier 2020 onwards with the factory or aftermarket stereo system and existing reverse camera.

Landcruiser GX / GXL / VX / Altitude 2007-2015 with the factory or aftermarket stereo system and existing reverse camera (these models will require 1 wire to be manually connected).  DOES NOT SUIT VX and SAHARA MODELS.

Landcruiser GX / GXL 2016-2021 with the factory or aftermarket stereo system and existing reverse camera.  DOES NOT SUIT VX and SAHARA MODELS.

Hilux N80 2015-2020 (not the updated Toyota stereo with knobs) with the factory or aftermarket stereo system and existing reverse camera 

 

Switch Types

All 4 kits are available with either a SQUARE or RECTANGULAR shaped switch.

The SQUARE switch type suits the following models:

* Landcruiser 200 series 2016-2021

* Hilux N80 2016-2020

* Prado 150 series 2009 - 2017

* Triton MQ / MR 2016-2022 (aftermarket head units only)

The RECTANGULAR switch type suits the following models:

* 70 / 76 / 79 Series 2020 onwards 

* Hilux N70 2006-2015 (aftermarket head units only)
