This ensures you get the most up-to-date system that’s ready to go! As a result, dispatch time during normal periods is usually around 2-3 business days - during sale periods this can be 4-5 business days (not including weekends) from when you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive emails with tracking information, a tax invoice and your install / user guide. We apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience.

Installation

Most of our products come in "kit" format with everything required to install into your vehicle, this includes "plug and play" harnesses which are designed to make the installation as easy as possible. We also provide full installation instructions (including photos) from installations we have done. We also provide a comprehensive user guide and have many videos on YouTube showing various functions of our products.

Our kits are designed for DIY installation, the hardest part of the installation is normally removing the dash panels and factory unit.

We pride ourselves on after sales service and are generally very responsive to tech support emails.

However, if you are not confident in completing the installation yourself, we do recommend utilising a local professional to install it for you. Normally, auto electricians or Autobarn stores that are local to you will be able to install your kit without issue. We can even supply you with the contact details of a professional in your area if required!

If you have organised a local professional, we recommend passing on the installation / user guide (that you'll receive after placing an order) to them on the day of the installation. Alternatively, you can give them our email (www.customcarstereosystems@gmail.com) and we will be happy to pass on the relevant documents to ensure the installation goes off without a hitch!

Installation costs do vary depending on the product, vehicle and any additional extras that need to be installed. We can provide you with an estimate on labour time / cost, simply send us an email with your vehicle details and the product/s you're interested in!
